The Retail award showcases the highest achievements in retailing. This category is looking for best practice in merchandising, customer service, and marketing and how these activities have impacted your sales performance.

Tip: Be sure to stick to the word count, but don’t sell yourself short and not utilise the word count as best as you can. The judges may know nothing about your business, so use the word count to tell your story to the fullest.
