Our Story TCA has been at the forefront of technological advancements in our region, specialising in computers, IT networking, cloud services, phones, and photocopiers. Our journey began with the merger of PC2DAY Computers and Software and Jaicor Business Equipment, both established in 1994, and united in 2005. This merger formed TCA Coffs Harbour, our central hub, complete with a fully equipped Network Operations Centre (NOC), administration office, workshop, and showroom. In the early 2000’s, Ricoh and Lanier merged to form Ricoh Australia, TCA then expanded by acquiring Coffs Business Machines (CBM) Lainer Dealer in September 2009, increasing our footprint and staff count. As technology evolved, our clients sought comprehensive solutions for IT, copiers, and business phones. This led us to venture into communication services, initially partnering with telephone providers and later establishing TCA Communications under the name TCANET in mid-2012. The change to NBN required business phones to be NBN-ready, prompting further expansion from Kempsey in the south to the Tweed Coast in the north. We opened new locations, starting with Grafton, where we acquired Colorperfect in 2015, increasing our staff and relocating to Victoria Street. Our growth continued with a setup in Ballina to support our clients in the northern region. Key Milestones With a team of over 23 and specialist engineers, we are dedicated to partnering with our clients to maximise the benefits of technology and add value to their organisations especially as we embrace the new era of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
