Cherie is the owner of Your Commercial Property Specialist, one of the leading commercial real estate agencies in the region.

Cherie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics Degree and with over 20 years-experience in commercial real estate; she has managed billion dollar portfolios for some of the largest, owner fund managers in the country, giving her real-life experience that Coffs Harbour can now benefit from.

Cherie also holds board member positions on the City Centre Master Plan Committee and Small Business Friendly Committee with Coffs Harbour City Council. Cherie holds these positions in our community to help ensure, where possible, fair and reasonable outcomes are achieved for our local businesses, property owners and the wider Coffs Coast community.

Cherie also holds positions on a number of local business and sporting committees and has held various voluntary roles over the years, helping raise thousands of dollars for local charities. Cherie is always willing to share her knowledge and experience, to help the business community she so passionately believes in.

Cherie is a director of a number of local businesses and entrenches herself in helping make Coffs Harbour the vibrant, strong economic hub and beautiful community it is.

Cherie is a country girl, having grown up near Moree, Cherie moved to Coffs Harbour over a decade ago – since then; Cherie’s corporate real estate career, pure grit and tenaciousness has played a pivotal role, alongside other Coffs locals, to help shape the future of the city she now proudly calls home.

Cherie believes the Chamber of Commerce helps more businesses than we probably realise. She feels the Chamber plays an important role in shaping a strong, successful business community and would love more local businesses to explore becoming Chamber members – so they too can see the benefit the Chamber of Commerce can provide their business and wider community.
