Nathan's Tech Support provides affordable friendly, simple and easy tech support for seniors. Run by 2025 Young Citizen of the Year Nathan Armstrong, I help with a variety of tech issues and providing education on technology. Servicing the Coffs Harbour, Sawtell, Toormina, Boambee, Korora and Bonville areas.

I offer two services:

  • 1:1 Session (Per Hour Consultation) - Personalised Tech Support at the comfort of your home or public location. It focuses on a genuine connection with the client.
  • 1:1 Package (5 Sessions x 1 Hour Each) - Great for regular tech help, setting up a new device or learning new tech skills! A Learning Plan is provided for monitoring improvement.

To book a session, you can give me a call or email. My services are by appointment only and you can request for a date/time that suits you depending on my availability. I accept Cash, Card, Bank Transfer or Invoice. If you are on a Home Care Package looking to have thaet pay for the sessions, contact me as there is a process involved and the plan manager will need to approve it.
