If you don’t have much left in you marketing budget, don’t panic, there are a lot of resources around to help you to have a go at it yourself; and all you need is your smartphone or tablet! Apps such as Magisto, Splice, iMovie and VivaVideo (just to name a few), can create outstanding results, which will grab the attention of your audience and get your message across with pizazz. To give your videos even more edge, there are a few tools that can make your job as a videographer, just that little bit easier;

1) Grab an external mic
An external lapel or shotgun mic will make a massive impact on your finished product.  There are a number of great value options that will plug straight into your device.

2) Try a compact tripod.
There are plenty of times that you will want to put your device down to record, but won’t have a way to support it. A mobile tripod is a must have.
3) Choose a clip-on wide angle lens
A wide-angle lens can be a very handy tool for creating videos, especially if you will be doing a lot of close up or “selfie” recording, as you will get a much wider shot at closer distances.
