The Sunnys Business Awards are in full swing again.

The awards were inaugurated over a decade ago and there is no better way to acknowledge the hard work, achievements and success of our regions many inspirational businesses and business leaders than the platform of the Annual Sunnys Business Awards.

The Chamber of Commerce appreciates the feedback we receive each year about the awards and we aim to keep our awards fresh and vibrant.

We have some new categories including Excellence in Social Enterprise, this award is aligned to the NSW Business Chamber Awards, and some questions have been updated in several categories.

One big announcement is the Gala Night of Nights has moved. We will be holding our night of celebration on Saturday, July 29 at Coffs C.ex.

The Sunnys applications will open on April 18, 2017.

Workshops are planned to help participants enter this year’s Sunnys awards.

•Hints and tips in filling in your application
•The judging process
•The Gala awards night

The workshops will run from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, at C.ex Coffs and the dates are: Wednesday, April 26, Wednesday, May 17, Wednesday, May 31 and Wednesday, June 7.
