With a private enterprise career spanning more than 20 years, Paul Thomas bought his first business in 2002 at the age of 20, he has experience across finance, sales, web development, franchises, logistics, corporate negotiation, IT, procurement, business branding, business planning, acquisition, google analytics, HR, marketing, product development, IT, small and large business, farming, horticulture, retail, and corporate governance.

Paul Thomas was the youngest ever Licensee to buy a post office, and won the NSW post office of the year award in 2011.

Achievements include NSW Business Chamber Entrepreneur of the year 2017, Coffs harbour excellence in small business, Coffs Harbour excellence in customer service, Excellence in marketing, Coffs Harbour sales performer of the year, retailer of the year, and Office Brands technology support winner 2019.

Paul-Thomas has led a diverse range of teams across multiple businesses, with a strong & proven record in small business, retail, change management, digital marketing, execution and people management. He is also a former National non-executive Director of the Australia Post Licensee Advisory Council (APLAC).
