Martin owns and operates two offices as a franchisee for the McGrath Estate Agents network, in Coffs Harbour and Sawtell. After 15 years as an Intensive Care Paramedic in the NSW Ambulance Service he decided to pursue his passion for business, management and property purchasing a local agency and building that from a staff of 3 to now employ 15 locals.

Having served on numerous business boards of management he brings to the Coffs Harbour Chamber of Commerce passion and desire to see the local Coffs Harbour business and broader community flourish, providing opportunity and lifestyle to all those that choose to work and live here. His pride and desire to make a difference resulted in him standing alongside George Cecato, for election to the Coffs Harbour City Council in 2016.

Actively involved in supporting local community events, people, and causes Martin firmly believes in community and charity as a fundamental principle in humanity. To provide a united voice, and to effectively lobby Local, State and Federal representatives on behalf of the business owners of Coffs Harbour and surrounds is the reason he has chosen to represent at the Committee level.
