Leonie Kennedy (Committee)

Joining the committee over 12 years ago and holding various positions including President for 3 years and Vice President for 5 years; Leonie has extensive experience in sales, marketing and leadership roles. Leonie is working in her new business; she has several projects including “Discovery Apps”, website design and maintenance, and voice over campaigns and voice tracking for radio stations.

Leonie has been in Coffs for over 20 years and has a passion and commitment to the region, she has a strong interest in seeing the local area including Dorrigo, Bellingen and Urunga continue to grow, and thrive in attracting tourism, visitors and industry to the beautiful area we call home.

Leonie is the project manager of the Chamber’s gala event – The Sunnys Business Awards for over 13 years.

Leonie’s passion for the region has seen her facilitate a strong business network to ensure the chambers ongoing growth by providing a pathway and platform to deliver better outcomes for the city and surrounding areas.
