Ken Phillips is a highly experienced local insurance broker who has built up his expert knowledge during more than 25 years of working in the general insurance industry in Australia. He has been an insurance broker since 2004 and has gained an enviable reputation among his large and small business clients across a broad range of industries.

As Managing Director of KPI Broking, Ken leads a small team that is committed to representing the best interests of his clients in negotiating policy coverage, interpreting policies and managing claims.

Ken’s extensive insurance broking experience is complimented by 18 years working for major global insurance companies. Quite simply, Ken has an intimate knowledge about how insurance companies think and act and has nurtured an extensive network of key influential people within the industry. This places Ken in a superior negotiating position and is well placed to represent his clients’ interests when re-marketing their insurance programmes or advocating for their claims to be paid.

Ken also believes in advocating for small business at a broader community level and that small business is everybody’s business. Ken continues to lobby for the removal of unfair and inefficient taxes on insurance policies, reductions is payroll tax and penalty rates.
